I didn't have time to take the kayak out today so I did this instead. Grabbed 2 trash bags and my garbage picker and drove over by the bridge on my street by the South River sign. Filled up both bags within 1/2 hour. Still a lot more over there. I consider it a preemptive strike since those recyclables will wind up in the river eventually.
