litter pick up Higgens Point area to Osprey Point and back. fresh graffiti was identified on State and PARK property. During walk spray paint and a receipt were found and turned over to Sheriff's Office. Graffiti, like trash is totally unacceptable and uncalled for. people need to get involved and stand up for there community in an attempt to stop such unwanted practices.
